Dear Sir,

We have received your letter giving your conditions
for an exhibition of Mr. Ghislain Uhry about which
Mademoiselle Mohr had said nothing.

We are agreeing with all your conditions, except one;
the fact of giving you 500 dan. kroner. Ghislain Uhry had just
an exhibition at Wiesbaden, in april, and at Strasbourg in may,
he had a very big success and now he is preparing the next one
in October in Belgia at Antwerpen, and never money has been
asked for, since his paintings was choosen by the gallery, which
is the case here also. He is a young painter who is very well
growing up. Perhaps it is possible to have an other arrangement
with you?

Hoping some work will be possible between us, we are
waiting for your answer.
